Archbishop attends ICEL 50th anniversary meetings in Rome

Archbishop George attended the 50^th anniversary meeting of ICEL (The International Commission on English in the Liturgy) from 13-18 October as representative Bishops of England and Wales . Pope Francis received the members and staff of the Commission at private audience in the Apostolic Palace at the conclusion of the meeting. In greeting Archbishop George, Pope Francis  conveyed his Apostolic Blessing to “all members of the Archdiocese of Cardiff”.
